How long do I have to wait to submit a base transfer request?

Effective your graduation date, you can submit a base transfer request as long as there are vacancies available for your preferred base. Transfers are awarded according to company seniority.

A first year Flight Attendant’s average base is $27,000 with opportunities to earn more, depending on the individual desire to work additional trips. This is the highest starting salary in the industry for a Flight Attendant.
