Complimentary Priority Access We’re making business travel as seamless as possible by offering corporate travelers access to priority check-in, priority security and earlier boarding than ever before with Priority Group 4 boarding, which is the same boarding group as Gold customers. Priority Access will print on their boarding passes.
Re-Accommodation Prioritization Corporate travelers now receive higher priority for re-accommodation during irregular operations. In the event of a flight cancellation or any irregular operation, corporate travelers get back on track faster with a higher priority when re-accommodating to a new flight.
Downgrade Protection Prioritization We know that air travel can be unpredictable at times. In the unlikely event we are unable to accommodate all passengers on a given flight, corporate travelers will now receive enhanced prioritization to maintain their cabin selection and make their journey as easy as possible.
Complimentary Preferred Seats Corporate travelers have complimentary access to Preferred Seats on aa.com or on the AA mobile app. This benefit allows travelers to book seats that are otherwise reserved for our most frequent travelers, such as window and aisle locations.
Leisure Discounts with American Airlines Vacations Your travelers can purchase special packages that offer exclusive discounts on vacation packages, which bundle air and non-flight components: hotels, rental cars, theme park tickets, tours and more. Contact your account manager for more information.
