To earn 2X bonus miles, your company must be registered for the promotion and ensure the AAdvantage Business™ account number is included in all bookings. Your travel agency can find more details on ticketing procedures in our Booking as an Agency guide.
Bonus miles will be deposited into the company’s AAdvantage Business™ account within four to six weeks after the promotion ends.
If it’s been more than six weeks after the promotion ends and your company has not received the bonus miles:
- Use live chat in the AAdvantage Business™ portal to submit a missing miles request, or
- Call the dedicated AAdvantage Business™ desk at 877‑229‑8278 (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CT)
Terms and conditions
This promotion is available only to recipients of the email sent by American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) on September 23, 2025. AAdvantage Business™ company must register prior to booking and travel. Travel must be booked between September 23, 2025 and November 20, 2025. Travel must be completed by November 20, 2025. This is an exclusive offer and cannot be transferred or forwarded.
After the Travel Manager registers in the AAdvantage Business™ portal, companies who book an Eligible Flight (as defined below) between September 23, 2025 and November 20, 2025 will earn two (2) times the number of AAdvantage® miles earned under the Program for each Eligible Flight.
For purposes of this promotion, “Eligible Flight” means flights which meet the following criteria:
- Booking must be created on/after September 23, 2025
- Passenger departs between September 23, 2025 and November 20, 2025 and returns no later than November 20, 2025
- Ticket issued on 001 ticket stock
- American-marketed only
- Ticketed with an eligible AAdvantage Business™ Entity Account Number (BEAN)
AAdvantage Business™ agency bookings must include the AAdvantage Business™ account number in the SSRCLID field with program remarks in the SSROTHS field.
Once eligibility and promotions requirements are met, the additional AAdvantage® miles awarded under this promotion will be deposited into the Company’s AAdvantage Business™ account within 4-6 weeks of the completion of the Eligible Flight as a lump sum. This offer is non-transferrable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Void where prohibited. American, in its sole discretion, may determine if an AAdvantage Business™ Member has met the requirements for this promotion. This promotion may be extended, modified or discontinued at any time and without notice.
The earning and redemption of AAdvantage® miles and Loyalty Points for program awards, enrollment in AAdvantage Business™, and all other aspects of membership, are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AAdvantage Business™ program.
