We offer special group pricing on both fares and amenities for groups of 10 or more traveling to a common destination for whatever takes you there - leisure, incentive, or company and meeting travel, including travel in premium cabins. If your group is traveling to any American or oneworld destination within a two day window, you can get a guaranteed fare and block space up to 11 months in advance. Additional key benefits we offer:

  • Flexible ticketing timelines
  • The opportunity to commit to block space over a period of time - up to 330 days before departure
  • Ability to hold space without names at no charge until closer to departure
  • One free name change per ticket, up to 48 hours prior to departure
  • Automatic seat assignments at commitment
  • Itinerary deviations allowed on return for all passengers within a seven day window
  • Air-only fares are not refundable but flight credits may be used for future group reservations.

ZONE FARES—

Available for groups of 10 or more traveling from different places to the same one.


For a multi-origin group with 10 or more travelers from 2 or more origins, we’ll guarantee fares from various geographical zones of departure to a common destination. Zone fares are valid for travel originating in the United States or Canada to North America, Europe, Caribbean, Latin America or Pacific.

  • Refundable fares and flexible ticketing
  • The opportunity to commit to block space over a period of time – up to 330 days before departure
